ทั้งนี้ ได้มีการประกาศการลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขายที่ดิน ไปเมื่อ 18 มิ.ย. ที่ผ่านมาเป็นที่เรียบร้อย ระหว่างบริษัท เอส อินดัสเทรียล เอสเตท จำกัด ผู้ดำเนินธุรกิจนิคมอุตสาหกรรมและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน บริษัทในเครือ สิงห์ เอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) กับ บริษัท ยูนิเทค พีซีบี (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ผู้ผลิต แผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ HDI ชั้นนำระดับโลก จำนวน 56 ไร่ ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมเอส อ่างทอง เพื่อเพิ่มกำลังการผลิต นับเป็นการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศครั้งสำคัญ สะท้อนถึงศักยภาพในการส่งเสริมการลงทุนเพื่อช่วยกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนในประเทศ และความมีมาตรฐานในการจัดนิคมอุตสาหกรรมเชิงนิเวศ ด้วยความพร้อมด้านระบบสาธารณูปโภคและการจัดการที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม ชุมชน ของสิงห์ เอสเตท เพื่อรองรับอุตสาหกรรมยุคใหม่
นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการผลักดันให้ประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ชั้นนำของโลก และดึงดูดอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มผู้ผลิตแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์และดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ รวมถึงเป็นพื้นฐานในการเชื่อมโยงต่อยอดไปสู่อุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องใน ecosystem ต่อไป
โดยในพิธีลงนามสัญญาครั้งสำคัญนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากคุณ เสวก ประกิจฤทธานนท์ อุปนายกสมาคมและเลขานุการสมาคมแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ไทย ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน นำโดย คุณฐิติมา รุ่งขวัญศิริโรจน์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท สิงห์ เอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) คุณกำจร ลีประพันธ์กุล กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท เอส อินดัสเทรียล เอสเตท จำกัด พร้อมด้วย มร. ลอว์เรนซ์ จาง ประธานบริษัท บริษัท ยูนิเทค พีซีบี (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด เป็นผู้ลงนามสัญญา ณ อาคารซันทาวเวอร์ กรุงเทพฯ
คุณฐิติมา รุ่งขวัญศิริโรจน์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท สิงห์ เอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า “นิคมอุตสาหกรรมเอส อ่างทอง ในฐานะโครงการแรกของสิงห์ เอสเตท ในกลุ่มธุรกิจนิคมอุตสาหกรรม และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน รู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ที่ทาง ยูนิเทค พีซีบี บริษัทผู้ผลิตแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์อันดับต้นของโลก ให้ความไว้วางใจ ในการตั้งโรงงานผลิตแผงวงจรพิมพ์แห่งใหม่ ซึ่งนิคมฯ เอส อ่างทอง มีทำเลที่ตั้งอันเป็นยุทธศาสตร์ เพียบพร้อมด้วยระบบสาธารณูปโภคที่มั่นคง เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่เพียบพร้อมนี้สามารถรองรับฐานการผลิตให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างครบถ้วนในการขยายธุรกิจให้เข้าสู่มาตรฐานระดับโลกต่อไป”
คุณฐิติมา กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า “ปัจจุบันการลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ (PCB และ PCBA) ในประเทศไทยขยายตัวขึ้น ด้วยปัจจัยภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ต่างๆ ส่งผลให้เกิดการย้ายฐานการผลิตสู่ประเทศที่มีเสถียรภาพ รวมไปถึงทิศทางความต้องการอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีอย่างรวดเร็วของโลก และด้วยการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ รวมทั้งศักยภาพของประเทศไทย ทำให้มีบริษัทต่างๆ เริ่มเข้ามาตั้งฐานการผลิตในประเทศไทยมากขึ้น

โครงการนิคมอุตสาหกรรม เอส อ่างทอง มีเนื้อที่ทั้งหมด 1,790 ไร่ ตั้งอยู่ริมถนนสายเอเชีย กม.63 ต.ไชยภูมิ อ. ไชโย จ.อ่างทอง บนถนนเขตทางหลักรวมเขตทางกว้าง 35 เมตรรวมถึงทางเดินเท้า ที่ส่งให้ระบบการขนส่งสินค้าเป็นไปได้ด้วยความง่ายและสะดวกสบาย รวมถึงการเดินทางที่สะดวก นอกจากนี้ นิคมอุตสาหกรรมเอส อ่างทอง ยังได้ร่วมมือกับการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ในการเปิดศูนย์บริการแบบครบวงจรสนับสนุนการประกอบกิจการในนิคมฯ อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ โดยมุ่งมั่นที่จะรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและระบบสาธารณูปโภคให้ตามเกณฑ์สากลและสามารถต่อยอดนิคมอุตสาหกรรมในไทยได้
Singha Estate Secures Major Deal with Global First Tier HDI (High Density Interconnection) PCB maker Unitech PCB, Signing Agreement for Landmark PCB Manufacturing Facility at S Industrial Estate Angthong
Angthong– Bhurit Bhirombhakdi Group Chief Executive Officer Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd. and Mrs. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj, Chief Executive Officer of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, extended their congratulations to Mr. Pen-Tsao Chang, Founder of Unitech PCB (Thailand) Co., Ltd., during the groundbreaking ceremony of the company’s new facility. The ceremony took place at the S Industrial Estate Angthong, where Unitech PCB (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading global manufacturer of printed circuit boards, will establish its new base on a 56-rai plot to produce printed circuit boards for export worldwide. On June 18, 2024, a land purchase agreement was finalized between S Industrial Estate Co., Ltd., an operator in the industrial estate and infrastructure sector and subsidiary of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, and Unitech PCB (Thailand) Co., Ltd., first tier HDI (High Density Interconnection) PCB maker globally. The agreement involves a 56-rai plot in the S Industrial Estate Angthong, aimed at expanding production capacity. This significant foreign investment highlights Thailand’s potential to enhance economic growth and reflects the high standards of eco-friendly industrial park management provided by Singha Estate, including advanced infrastructure and management approaches friendly to the environment, society, and community, to accommodate modern industry. The investment will position Thailand as a global hub for electronic component production, attract key industries such as PCB manufacturers and data centers, and foster connections with other related sectors within the ecosystem.
The signing ceremony was honored and witnessed by Mr. Swaek Prakitritanon, Vice President and Secretary of the Thai Printed Circuit Board Association. The event was led by Mrs.Thitima Rungkwansiriroj, Chief Executive Officer of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, and Mr.Komjohn Leepraphantkul, Managing Director of S Industrial Estate Co., Ltd., with Mr. Lawrence Chang, Chairman of Unitech PCB (Thailand) Co., Ltd., signing the agreement at SUNTOWERS, Bangkok.
