บี.กริม แจกรางวัลทุน “Herbert Link” แก่นิสิต นักศึกษา ที่เรียนเอกเยอรมัน และทุนการศึกษาวิชาดนตรีรวม 19 คน จาก 9 มหาวิทยาลัย ในงานมอบรางวัลเรียนดีแก่นิสิต นักศึกษาเอกเยอรมัน ประจำปี 2567 มุ่งสร้างกำลังใจ พร้อมส่งเสริมการเรียนภาษา วรรณคดีและวัฒนธรรมเยอรมันในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย สร้างโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจ และความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่าง 2 ประเทศมากยิ่งขึ้น
นางสาวศิริวงศ์ บวรบุญฤทัย รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ – สายงานการเงินและบัญชี บริษัท บี.กริม เพาเวอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นผู้แทนในการแจกรางวัลทุน “Herbert Link” ให้แก่นิสิต นักศึกษารวม 19 คน จาก 9 มหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในรางวัลที่มอบให้แก่นิสิตนักศึกษา ในงานมอบรางวัลเรียนดี แก่นิสิต นักศึกษา ที่เรียนเอกเยอรมัน ประจำปี 2567 โดยมี นายฮันส์-อูลริคช์ ซืดเบ็ก อุปทูต สถานเอกอัครราชทูต สหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี กรุงเทพฯ เป็นประธานในงาน ร่วมด้วย ศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ดร.พรสรรค์ วัฒนางกูร นายกสมาคมไทย-เยอรมัน ผู้จัดงาน และดร.ไพบูลย์ ช่วงทอง ผู้แทนจากคณะกรรมการบริหาร มูลนิธิวัฒนธรรมไทย-เยอรมัน ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในงาน ณ ห้องประชุมสถาบันเกอเธ่อ ศูนย์ไทย-เยอรมัน เมื่อวันที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2567
พร้อมกันนี้ ในงานยังได้มีพิธีมอบรางวัล สมาคมไทย-เยอรมันและมูลนิธิวัฒนธรรมไทย-เยอรมัน และรางวัลทุนการศึกษาด้านดนตรี “มาริยาเนอ ซอร์น” (Mariane Zorn-Preis) จากคุณมาริยาเนอ ซอร์น อดีตกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์ของประเทศไทย ณ เมืองชตุทการ์ด หนังสือ และของรางวัลจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี และรางวัลจากโรงเรียนนานาชาติสวิส อีกด้วย
สำหรับนิสิต นักศึกษาที่ได้รับทุนการศึกษาวิชาดนตรี ได้แก่ นิสิตดุริยางคศิลป์ตะวันตก (Music student) คณะ

การมอบรางวัลทุน “เฮอร์เบิร์ต ลิงค์” (Herbert Link – Prize) มีจุดเริ่มจากงานแจกรางวัลเรียนดี (Preisverleihung) แก่นิสิตนักศึกษาที่เรียนเยอรมันเป็นวิชาเอกและมีผลการศึกษาดีมากของสมาคมไทย-เยอรมัน (Thai-Deutsche Gesellschaft, TDG) งานนี้เป็นกิจกรรมเด่นของสมาคมไทย-เยอรมัน มีมานานตั้งแต่ทศวรรษที่ 60 แต่ได้หยุดไปกว่าสิบปี ระหว่างพ.ศ. 2543 – 2560 ซึ่งสมาคมไทย-เยอรมัน ได้รื้อฟื้นกิจกรรมนี้ขึ้นมาใหม่โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก ดร.ฮาราลด์ ลิงค์ และในปี พ.ศ. 2566 บี.กริม ร่วมกับ สมาคมไทย-เยอรมัน (Thai-Deutsche Gesellschaft, TDG) และมูลนิธิวัฒนธรรมไทย-เยอรมัน (Thai-Deutsche Kulturstiftung, TDKS) ได้เริ่มการมอบรางวัลทุน “เฮอร์เบิร์ต ลิงค์” (Herbert Link – Prize) แก่นิสิต นักศึกษาไทยที่เรียนเยอรมันเป็นวิชาเอก จาก 9 มหาวิทยาลัย และทุนการศึกษาวิชาดนตรีแก่นิสิตที่มีผลการเรียนดีมาก เพื่อกระตุ้นและส่งเสริมความสนใจในการเรียนภาษา วรรณคดีและวัฒนธรรมเยอรมันในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย เป็นการสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้แก่นิสิตนักศึกษาที่เรียนเอกเยอรมัน เน้นให้ความสำคัญด้านภาษา วรรณคดีและวัฒนธรรมเยอรมันว่า มีความสำคัญในเวทีโลกปัจจุบัน การได้เรียนรู้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรม รวมถึงประวัติศาสตร์เยอรมัน สามารถสร้างโอกาสทั้งทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ การต่างประเทศ และเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจและกระชับความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างกันของคนไทยและคนเยอรมันให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น
“เฮอร์เบิร์ต ลิงค์” (Herbert Link) เป็นบุตรชายคนโตของนาย “อดอล์ฟ ลิงค์” (Adolf Link) เภสัชกรชาวเยอรมัน ผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งห้างสยามดิสเป็นซารี ซึ่งเป็นร้านปรุงยาตำรับตะวันตกแห่งแรกในสยาม ในปี พ.ศ. 2421 ต่อมา คุณอดอล์ฟ ลิงค์ ได้ขยายกิจการของ บี. กริม ให้ครอบคลุมธุรกิจในหลายสาขา จนถึงปัจจุบัน บี.กริม ดำเนินธุรกิจมานานกว่า 146 ปี ในธุรกิจที่หลากหลาย ประกอบด้วยสายธุรกิจหลัก 6 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ธุรกิจด้านพลังงาน, ธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรม (ให้บริการโซลูชันในการจัดการพลังงานและเชื่อมต่อระบบภายในอาคารและภาคอุตสาหกรรม), ธุรกิจสุขภาพ, ธุรกิจเทคโนโลยีดิจิตอล, ธุรกิจไลฟ์สไตล์ และธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ภายใต้ปรัชญา “การดำเนินธุรกิจด้วยความโอบอ้อมอารี” มุ่งสร้างประโยชน์ให้กับผู้คนและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน

Ms. Siriwong Bowonbunruethai Deputy Managing Director – Finance and Accounting, B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited, was a representative in awarding the “ Herbert Link” scholarships to 19 students from 9 universities, which is one of the awards given to students. At the award ceremony for outstanding academic performance for students German Studies Program, Class of 2024, with Mr. Hans-Ulrich Südbeck, Deputy Ambassador of the Royal Thai Embassy The Federal Republic of Germany, Bangkok, presided over the event, along with Professor Emeritus Dr. Phonsak Wathanangkun The President of the Thai-German Association, the organizer, and Dr. Paiboon Chuangthong, representative from the Executive Board of the Thai-German Cultural Foundation, honored the event at the Goethe-Institut Conference Room, Thai-German Center on November 8 , 2024.
At the same time, the event also included the award ceremony of the Thai-German Association and the Thai-German Cultural Foundation, the “Mariane Zorn -Preis ” music scholarship award from Ms. Marijane Zorn, former Honorary Consul of Thailand in Stuttgart, books and prizes from the Embassy of the Republic of Germany. and also awards from Swiss International School.

The awarding of the “Herbert Link – Prize” originated from the awarding of the Preisverleihung (Graduation Award ) to students who majored in German and had very good academic performances by the Thai-German Association ( Thai-Deutsche Gesellschaft, TDG). This event is a highlight activity of the Thai-German Association. It has been around since the 60s but has been on hiatus for over ten years, between 2000 and 2017. The Thai-German Association has revived this activity with the support of Dr. Harald Link. And in 2023, B.Grimm , together with the Thai-German Association ( Thai-Deutsche Gesellschaft, TDG) and the Thai-German Cultural Foundation (Thai-Deutsche Kulturstiftung, TDKS), has started awarding the “Herbert Link – Prize ” to Thai students who study German as a major from 9 universities. and music scholarships for students with very good academic results to stimulate and promote interest in studying German language, literature and culture at the university level, as a morale booster for students majoring in German, emphasizing the importance of German language, literature and culture. It is important in today’s world stage that learning German language, culture, and history can create opportunities in both economic and foreign affairs, and strengthen understanding and good relations between Thais and Germans.
Herbert Link was the eldest son of Adolf Link, a German pharmacist who co-founded Siam Dispensary, the first Western-style pharmacy in Siam in 1878. Later , Adolf Link expanded B.Grimm’s business to cover many branches.
