นิสสันประกาศการเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้บริหารระดับสูงในภูมิภาคอาเซียน ประเทศไทย และประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2569 เป็นต้นไป
โทชิฮิโระ ฟูจิคิ (Toshihiro Fujiki) ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งประธาน นิสสัน อาเซียน และ นิสสัน ประเทศไทย ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง Corporate Executive, Global Aftersales บริษัท นิสสัน มอเตอร์ จำกัด ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยจะรายงานตรงต่อ กีโยม การ์ติเยร์ (Guillaume Cartier) ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริหารผลการการปฎิบัติงาน (Chief Performance Officer) บริษัท นิสสัน มอเตอร์ จำกัด
มาซาโอะ สึสึมิ (Masao Tsutsumi) ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งประธาน นิสสัน ฟิลิปปินส์ ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง ประธาน นิสสัน อาเซียน และ นิสสัน ประเทศไทย จะประจำอยู่ที่ประเทศไทย โดยจะรายงานตรงต่อ โชเฮย์ ยามาซากิ (Shohei Yamazaki) ประธานคณะกรรมการบริหารประจำภูมิภาค ญี่ปุ่น/อาเซียน และ AFL (Chairperson of the Management Committee for Japan/ASEAN & AFL) บริษัท นิสสัน มอเตอร์ จำกัด
ในบทบาท และหน้าที่ใหม่ สึสึมิ จะรับผิดชอบ ดูแลธุรกิจของนิสสันทั่วทั้งภูมิภาคอาเซียนรวมถึงไต้หวัน พร้อมนำทีมงานจากนานาชาติที่มีความหลากหลายในภูมิภาค รวมถึงฝ่ายผลิต และศูนย์วิจัย และพัฒนา (R&D) ของนิสสันในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในประเทศไทย
การแต่งตั้งครั้งนี้นับเป็นการมาปฏิบัติงานในประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งที่สองของสึสึมิ โดยก่อนหน้านี้ สึสึมิเคยใช้เวลา 4 ปี ในประเทศไทย ในตำแหน่งรองประธานอาวุโส นิสสัน ประเทศไทย ดูแลสายงานการตลาด การขาย และงานด้านอื่น ๆ นอกเหนือจากด้านการผลิต (Non‑Monozukuri)
สึสึมิ มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 20 ปี ในด้านการตลาด การสร้างแบรนด์ การขาย และบริการหลังการขาย ครอบคลุมหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม อาทิ สินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค (FMCG) ผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านเทคโนโลยีและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมถึงธุรกิจอาหาร และบริการ สึสึมิเข้าร่วมงานกับนิสสัน ประเทศญี่ปุ่นเมื่อปี 2561 ในสายงานกลยุทธ์การสร้างแบรนด์ และการสื่อสารการตลาด และเริ่มรับผิดชอบตลาดอาเซียนในปี 2564 โดยสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาสังคมศาสตร์ จากมหาวิทยาลัยฮิโตสึบาชิ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
โยชิโนริ คานาซาวะ (Yoshinori Kanazawa) ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการ หน่วยธุรกิจผู้นำเข้า นิสสัน อาเซียน และกรรมการผู้จัดการ นิสสัน สิงคโปร์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล โดยประจำอยู่ที่ประเทศไทย จะได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง ประธาน นิสสัน ฟิลิปปินส์ โดยประจำอยู่ที่ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ และจะรายงานตรงต่อ มาซาโอะ สึสึมิ ประธาน นิสสัน อาเซียน และ นิสสัน ประเทศไทย ทั้งนี้ การเข้ารับตำแหน่งอย่างเป็นทางการของคานาซาวะ จะมีขึ้นภายหลังจากผ่านคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมายของประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ และได้รับการยืนยัน และเลือกตั้งจากคณะกรรมการบริษัท นิสสัน ฟิลิปปินส์
อายาโกะ นากามูระ (Ayako Nakamura) ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งรองผู้จัดการทั่วไป สายงานการตลาด และการขายในระดับโลก นิสสัน มอเตอร์ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น จะได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง กรรมการผู้จัดการ หน่วยธุรกิจผู้นำเข้า นิสสัน อาเซียน และ กรรมการผู้จัดการ นิสสัน สิงคโปร์ อินเตอร์เนชันแนล โดยประจำอยู่ที่ประเทศไทย และจะรายงานตรงต่อมาซาโอะ สึสึมิ ประธานบ นิสสัน อาเซียน และ นิสสัน ประเทศไทย
Nissan announces senior management changes in ASEAN
Nissan today announced senior management changes in ASEAN, Thailand, and the Philippines, effective April 1, 2026.
Toshihiro Fujiki, currently President of ASEAN and Thailand, has been promoted to Corporate Executive, Global Aftersales, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., based in Japan. He will report to Guillaume Cartier, Chief Performance Officer, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.
Masao Tsutsumi, currently President of Nissan Philippines, has been promoted President of ASEAN and Thailand, based in Thailand. He will report to Shohei Yamazaki, Chairperson of the Management Committee for Japan/ASEAN & AFL, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.
In his new role, Tsutsumi will oversee Nissan’s business across the ASEAN region and Taiwan. He will lead diverse, multinational teams throughout the region, including Nissan’s Southeast Asia production and research and development hub in Thailand.
This marks Tsutsumi’s second assignment in Thailand. Prior to his role in the Philippines, he spent four years in Thailand as Senior Vice President of Nissan Motor Thailand, overseeing Marketing, Sales, and other non-Monozukuri functions.
Tsutsumi has more than two decades of experience in Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Aftersales across multiple industries, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), technology and electronics, and food services. He joined Nissan in 2018 in Japan under Brand and Media Strategy and became part of the ASEAN market in 2021. Tsutsumi holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Hitotsubashi University in Japan.
Yoshinori Kanazawa, currently Managing Director of the Nissan Importers Business Unit, ASEAN, and Managing Director of Nissan Singapore International, based in Thailand, will be appointed President of Nissan Philippines, based in the Philippines. He will report to Masao Tsutsumi, President of ASEAN and Thailand. Kanazawa’s official inauguration will proceed following his qualification under Philippine laws and confirmation and election by the Nissan Philippines Board of Directors.
Ayako Nakamura, currently Deputy General Manager, Global Marketing and Sales, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., will be appointed Managing Director, Nissan Importers Business Unit, ASEAN, and Managing Director of Nissan Singapore International, based in Thailand. She will report to Masao Tsutsumi, President of ASEAN and Thailand.
