ภายในงานปีนี้ เต็มอิ่มด้วย 5 ขบวนหลัก 5 สี 5 คอนเซ็ปต์ และขบวนย่อยอีกกว่า 90 ขบวน ภายใต้ธีม “Born This Way” พร้อมปรากฏการณ์ “ธงสีรุ้ง” ยาวที่สุดในประเทศไทย รวมระยะทางกว่า 3 กิโลเมตร และ “ธงอัตลักษณ์” ความยาวกว่า 200 เมตร ที่จะปูทอดยาวตลอดแนวถนนพระราม 1 กลายเป็นปรากฏการณ์ทางสังคมครั้งประวัติศาสตร์ของไทยและของโลก ในการเฉลิมฉลองอัตลักษณ์และความหลากหลายในพื้นที่สาธารณะอย่างภาคภูมิ
