บริษัท ปตท. ค้าสากล จำกัด (PTT International Trading Pte., Ltd. หรือ PTTT) ลงนามใน Heads of Agreement (HOA) สำหรับการจัดหาและขายก๊าซธรรมชาติเหลว (LNG) ระยะยาวกับบริษัท Centrica LNG Company Limited (Centrica) โดยมี นายจตุรงค์ วรวิทย์สุรวัฒนา รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่หน่วยธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) (กลาง) นางธนันต์พร ตั้งพิทักษ์กุล รักษาการกรรมการผู้จัดการ PTTT (ที่ 3 จากซ้าย) และ Mr. Arturo Gallego, Executive Vice President, Global Head of LNG, Centrica ร่วมพิธีการลงนามในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นสัญญาขาย LNG ระยะยาวนอกประเทศไทยของ PTTT เป็นครั้งแรก
โดย PTTT จะเป็นผู้จัดหา LNG ให้แก่ Centrica ในภูมิภาคเอเชียระยะเวลา 10 ปี เริ่มตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2571 เป็นต้นไป ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน LNG โดยเน้นการสร้างความยืดหยุ่นในการบริหารจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ LNG เพื่อรองรับความต้องการของตลาดโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ตลอดจนสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับทั้งสององค์กรผ่านการสนับสนุนซึ่งกันและกัน เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการแข่งขันในตลาดพลังงานระหว่างประเทศ เป็นก้าวสำคัญของ PTTT ที่สร้างการเติบโตในตลาดการค้า LNG ระดับสากลอย่างยั่งยืน
PTTT and Centrica Strengthen Competitiveness in the Regional LNG Market
PTT International Trading Pte. Ltd. (PTTT) and Centrica LNG Company Limited (Centrica) are pleased to announce the signing of a Heads of Agreement (HOA) for a long-term LNG supply and purchase agreement, with deliveries scheduled to commence in 2028. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Jaturong Worawitsurawatthana, Senior Executive Vice President, International Trading Business Unit, PTT Public Company Limited (center) Ms. Tanunporn Tangpithakkul, Acting Managing Director of PTTT (third from left) and Mr. Arturo Gallego, Executive Vice President, Global Head of LNG, Centrica Under the agreement, PTTT will supply LNG to Centrica for a 10-year period across a range of destinations in Asia, delivered ex-ship basis. This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone for PTTT as it secures its first long-term LNG sales contract outside of Thailand, which is in line with the company’s international growth ambitions. This agreement further strengthens the enduring long-lasting partnership between PTTT and Centrica and reflects both companies’ commitment to enhancing energy security and supporting the energy transition in the region.
