“เครือสหพัฒน์” ตั้งเป้าพัฒนาพื้นที่ย่านพระราม 3 ให้เป็น Community of Kindness เดินหน้าผนึก 2 พันธมิตร “โตคิว คอร์ปอเรชั่น” และ “ดุสิตธานี” ร่วมกันพัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ โดยจับมือ “โตคิว คอร์ปอเรชั่น” พัฒนา “คิงสแควร์ เรสซิเดนซ์” พร้อมด้วยโครงการ “ดุสิต สวีต คิงสแควร์ กรุงเทพฯ” ที่ได้พาร์ทเนอร์อย่าง “โตคิว คอร์ปอเรชั่น” และ “ดุสิตธานี” มาผนึกกำลังเพื่อสร้างความเป็นอยู่และสังคมที่ดีให้ทุกคนอยากมาใช้ชีวิตในย่านพระราม 3
นายจักรกฤษณ์ สันติรัตนกุล กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท คิง สแควร์ ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด กล่าวว่า เครือสหพัฒน์มีแนวคิดที่จะพัฒนาพื้นที่ในทำเลพระราม 3 ให้เป็นสถานที่ที่ทุกคนอยากมาใช้ชีวิต ภายใต้แนวคิด Community of Kindness โดยจะสร้างความเป็นอยู่และสังคมที่ดี ทำให้ทำเลนี้มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ครบและสมบูรณ์ทุกด้าน ทั้งที่อยู่อาศัย คอนโดมิเนียม, คอมมูนิตี้มอลล์, โรงเรียน และสถานที่ทำงาน เพื่อดึงดูดผู้คนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเชื้อชาติและวัฒนธรรมให้เข้ามาอยู่อาศัยและใช้ชีวิตร่วมกัน จึงเป็นที่มาของการร่วมทุนระหว่างเครือสหพัฒน์ กับโตคิว คอร์ปอเรชั่น เพื่อพัฒนาโครงการคอนโดมิเนียมระดับลักชัวรี่ภายใต้ชื่อ “คิงสแควร์ เรสซิเดนซ์” (KingsQuare Residence) ซึ่งปัจจุบันได้เริ่มดำเนินการก่อสร้างแล้วตั้งแต่เดือน กันยายน 2566 ที่ผ่านมา ในครั้งนี้ ได้ประกาศความร่วมมือกับ “ดุสิตธานี” ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านการบริการและโรงแรม เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการบริหารจัดการภายในโครงการ เพื่อมอบบริการเหนือระดับ โดยทีมงาน Dusit Hospitality Services ให้แก่ลูกค้าเพิ่มเติมในอนาคตเมื่อแล้วเสร็จ
นอกจากนี้ เครือสหพัฒน์ ยังได้ร่วมทุนกับ “โตคิว คอร์ปอเรชั่น” เพื่อพัฒนาโครงการดุสิต สวีต คิงสแควร์ กรุงเทพฯ (Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok) จะเป็นทั้งเซอร์วิสอพาร์ตเมนต์ และโรงแรม ที่ออกแบบให้มีกลิ่นอายความเป็นไทย ผสมผสานกับยุคปัจจุบันอย่างลงตัว โดยมี “ดุสิตธานี” เป็นผู้บริหารจัดการด้าน Hospitality เช่นเดียวกัน โดยมูลค่าการลงทุนรวมทั้งโปรเจกกว่า 10,000 ล้านบาท

Saha Group Joins Forces with Two Partner Tokyu-Dusit Thani to Venture into Real Estate Business
Saha Group aims to develop the Rama 3 area into a “Community of Kindness,” partnering with Tokyu Corporation and Dusit Thani to create real estate projects. The collaboration with Tokyu Corporation will focus on the “KingsQuare Residence” and the “Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok” projects, with Tokyu Corporation and Dusit Thani joining forces to build a community and enhance the quality of life in the Rama 3 area.
Mr. Jakkrit Santirattanakul, Managing Director of King Square Development Co., Ltd., stated that Saha Group envisions developing the Rama 3 area into a desirable living space under the “Community of Kindness” concept. The aim is to create a complete and well-rounded environment with residential areas, condominiums, community malls, schools, and workplaces to attract a diverse population. This led to the partnership with Tokyu Corporation to develop the luxury condominium project “KingsQuare Residence” Construction began in September 2023. Additionally, the collaboration with Dusit Thani brings expertise in hospitality management to offer premium services through Dusit Hospitality Services once the project is completed.
Moreover, Saha Group and Tokyu Corporation have partnered to develop the “Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok” project, which will serve as both serviced apartment and hotel. The design blends Thai aesthetics with contemporary elements, with Dusit Thani handling hospitality management. The total investment value for the entire project is nearly 10 billion baht.
Mr. Hirohisa Fujiwara, Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of Tokyu Corporation, mentioned that Tokyu Corporation is a leading urban and real estate developer in Japan with extensive experience in residential, commercial, hotel and office projects. They have been partners with Saha Group since 2014, initially developing rental housing for Japanese residents in Si Racha, Chonburi. After studying potential projects in the Rama 3 area, they saw an opportunity to meet the demand near King’s College International School Bangkok, leading to the development of KingsQuare Residence and Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok. Both parties are confident that this collaboration will achieve its goals.
