แมริออท อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (Marriott International) ขยายการช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนเยาวชนและชุมชนท้องถิ่นในประเทศไทยด้วยการจัดกิจกรรม “Road to Give” ครั้งที่ 10 ในกรุงเทพฯ งานวิ่งการกุศลที่รวมพลพนักงานโรงแรม แขก ครอบครัว และชุมชนท้องถิ่น มารวมตัวกันในงานวิ่งที่สนุกสนานเพื่อสุขภาพและเสริมสร้างร่างกายให้แข็งแรง อีกทั้งยังเป็นการสนับสนุนองค์กรการกุศลที่มีผลงานโดดเด่นสององค์กร ได้แก่ มูลนิธิช่วยเหลือเด็ก (ประเทศไทย) และ มูลนิธิสร้างรอยยิ้ม ประเทศไทย
Road to Give ในวันที่ 9 พฤศจิกายน 2567 สอดคล้องกับความมุ่งมั่นของแมริออทในการ “Serve Our World” พร้อมตัวเลือกการวิ่งเพื่อสุขภาพพร้อมสร้างความสนุก 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 3 กม. สำหรับครอบครัว ระยะ5 กม. ทั้งสำหรับกลุ่มหรือองค์กรและแบบเดี่ยว และ ระยะ 10 กม.สำหรับวิ่งเดี่ยว โดยจุดเริ่มต้นและสิ้นสุดอยู่ที่จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพฯ ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศที่สนุกสนาน นักวิ่งทุกวัยและทุกระดับความสามารถจะได้มารวมตัวกัน ออกกำลังกาย และเพลิดเพลินกับกิจกรรมพิเศษต่าง ๆ ทั้งความอร่อยแบบจัดเต็มจาก Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels ขบวนรถอาหารและรถเข็นที่มีสีสันจากโรงแรมในพอร์ตโฟลิโอของ แมริออท บอนวอย (Marriott Bonvoy) ในกรุงเทพฯ ที่จะจัดเตรียมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มมากมายไว้บริการผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
กิจกรรมนี้อยู่ภายใต้แพลตฟอร์มความยั่งยืนและผลกระทบทางสังคมของแมริออท “Serve360: ทำดีในทุกทิศทาง” โดยได้รับการออกแบบอย่างพิถีพิถันเพื่อมอบประโยชน์ที่หลากหลาย นอกจากการระดมทุนที่จำเป็นอย่างมากสำหรับองค์กรการกุศลเพื่อเด็กในท้องถิ่นสององค์กรที่มีผลงานยอดเยี่ยมแล้ว การวิ่งครั้งนี้ยังช่วยส่งเสริมสุขภาพและสุขภาวะ ในขณะเดียวกันก็มีความยั่งยืนสูง ส่วนเหรียญรางวัลที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมจะทำจากฝาขวดพลาสติก ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมโดยพนักงานโรงแรมของแมริออทและนำมารีไซเคิลเพื่อผลิตเหรียญรางวัล

กิจกรรมวิ่งการกุศล Road to Give ครั้งที่ 10 เปิดให้ลงทะเบียนแล้ว โดยมีค่าใช้จ่าย 600 บาทต่อคน ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้เพลิดเพลินกับกิจกรรมวิ่งตามระยะที่เลือก คือ 3 กม. 5 กม. หรือ 10 กม. รวมถึงได้รับเสื้อวิ่ง หมายเลขการแข่งขัน และอิ่มอร่อยกับอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มจาก Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels สูงสุด 3 รายการ รายได้ทั้งหมดหลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายจะบริจาคให้กับ มูลนิธิช่วยเหลือเด็ก ประเทศไทย และมูลนิธิสร้างรอยยิ้ม (ประเทศไทย)

Marriott Enhances Support for Underserved Children in Thailand Organized The 10th Road to Give Charity Run in Bangkok
Marriott International extended its support to youth and local communities in Thailand by hosting the 10th edition of “Road to Give” in Bangkok. The charity run brought together hotel employees, guests, families and local communities in a fun and healthy run, and supported two notable charities: Save the Children (Thailand) and Operation Smile Thailand.
Road to Give on November 9 , 2024, is in line with Marriott’s commitment to “Serve Our World” with three fun and healthy running options : a 3K for families, a 5K for groups or organizations and individuals, and a 10K for solo runners. Starting and finishing at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, the fun-filled atmosphere will bring together runners of all ages and abilities, get some exercise and enjoy special activities including delicious food from Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels, a colorful parade of food trucks and carts from hotels in the hotel portfolio. Marriott Bonvoy in Bangkok will provide a variety of food and beverages for event participants.
This event, part of Marriott’s sustainability and social impact platform, “Serve360: Doing Good in Every Direction, ” was carefully designed to deliver a range of benefits. In addition to raising much-needed funds for two high-performing local children’s charities, The run also promotes health and wellness while being highly sustainable. The eco-friendly medals are made from plastic bottle caps, which are collected by Marriott hotel employees and recycled to create the medals.

The 10th Road to Give Charity Run is now open for registration with a cost of 600 baht per person. All proceeds after expenses will be donated to Save the Children Thailand and Operation Smile Thailand.
