นายสุทธิ เด่นวิทยา ประธาน บริษัท วอลล์ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด เปิดเผยว่า กลุ่มบริษัทฯ ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยวิศวกรผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการพัฒนาระบบฉนวนกันความร้อนคุณภาพสูงสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศไทย ให้บริการครบวงจรตั้งแต่การออกแบบ ผลิต ติดตั้ง และบริการหลังการขาย โดยทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิคที่พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าตามปรัชญา ‘แค่งานเสร็จนั้นไม่พอ ลูกค้าต้องประสบความสำเร็จด้วย’ จากจุดเริ่มต้นจนถึงปัจจุบันเป็นเวลา 33 ปี บริษัทฯ เติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดดจนก้าวขึ้นเป็นผู้นำ โดยมีความโดดเด่นด้านเทคโนโลยี การออกแบบ การผลิต และการติดตั้งที่ได้มาตรฐานสากล และในปี 2568 นี้ได้สร้างสถิติการผลิตและติดตั้งได้เกิน 10 ล้านตารางเมตร
“ก้าวสำคัญของเราคือการนำเครื่องฉีดโฟมอัตโนมัติแบบต่อเนื่อง (Fully Automatic Continuous Injection Machine) ซึ่งเป็น Innovation Machine เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงจากประเทศเยอรมนี มาใช้ในการผลิต FIWall i380 แผ่นฉนวนกันความร้อนสำเร็จรูป PIR แท้ ๆ ซึ่งเป็น Innovation Product มีค่า Index สูงกว่า 370 คุณภาพระดับโลก รายแรกในประเทศไทย มีคุณสมบัติพิเศษทั้งกันไฟและไร้ควัน ได้รับมาตรฐานระดับโลกหลายมาตรฐาน อาทิ การกันไฟ FM Approvals Class: 4880, 4881, 4882 และมาตรฐานการทนไฟ BS476 Part 20 & 22 ซึ่งทนไฟได้นานกว่า 4 ชั่วโมง พร้อมด้วยนวัตกรรมระบบล็อกแผ่นฉนวนแบบ ZIP-LOCK ที่ทำให้รอยต่อระหว่างแผ่นฉนวนชิดสนิทแน่น แข็งแรง ช่วยรักษาความเย็นไม่ให้รั่วไหล ซึ่งสามารถตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้าที่ต้องการมากกว่าแผ่นฉนวนแบบเดิม”
ล่าสุด วอลล์ เทคโนโลยี ได้เปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ถึง 2 ชนิดภายใต้ฉนวนประเภท PIR ได้แก่ CREATIVEWALL นวัตกรรมสำหรับแผ่นผนังภายนอก (Exterior Wall) ที่ตอบโจทย์การออกแบบทางสถาปัตยกรรมที่สวยงามและสร้างสรรค์ด้วยการติดตั้งที่เรียบเนียนไร้รอยต่อ ใช้ได้กับอาคารหลายประเภท ตอบโจทย์ความยั่งยืน ช่วยลดระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้าง ลดขยะจากวัสดุก่อสร้าง และ MedWall แผ่นฉนวนกันความร้อนสำเร็จรูปสำหรับห้องคลีนรูม (Clean Room) สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ อาทิอุตสาหกรรมยา เครื่องสำอาง อุปกรณ์การแพทย์ เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ ตอบโจทย์การสร้างห้องคลีนรูมมาตรฐานสากล พร้อมคุณสมบัติกันไฟ ไร้ควัน และประหยัดพลังงาน
