นักบิดขวัญใจชาวไทย หมายเลข 35 มีอาการบาดเจ็บรบกวนมาตลอดช่วง 5 สนามแรก ก่อนที่จะตัดสินใจร่วมกับต้นสังกัด อิเดมิตสึ ฮอนด้า แอลซีาร์ เข้ารับผ่าตัดหลังผ่านการทดสอบที่ เซอร์กิโต เด เฮเรซ และต้องพลาดการแข่งขันสนามที่ผ่านมา ที่ เลอมองส์ เซอร์กิต ประเทศฝรั่งเศส และได้รับการอนุญาตจากแพทย์ให้กลับมาลงแข่งในสนามนี้ ซึ่งถือเป็นช่วงเวลาสำคัญอย่างมากในการต่อยอดเพื่อพัฒนารถแข่ง Honda RC213V
ขณะที่ “ก๊องส์” ธัชกร บัวศรี นักบิดดาวรุ่งชาวไทย หมายเลข 5 จาก ฮอนด้า ทีม เอเชีย พร้อมเต็มร้อยเพื่อเดินหน้าเก็บแต้มใน โมโตทรี เวิลด์ แชมเปี้ยนชิพ หลังจากที่ประเดิมแต้มแรกได้แล้วในการแข่งขันที่ เฮเรซ
ทั้งนี้ ศึก บริติช กรังด์ปรีซ์ จะเข้าสู่การซ้อมอย่างเป็นทางการในวันศุกร์ที่ 23 พฤษภาคม ก่อนจะจับเวลารอบควอลิฟายและดวลความเร็วในรอบ “สปรินต์เรซ” ในวันเสาร์ที่ 24 พฤษภาคม ก่อนจะแข่งขันรอบ “เมนกรังด์ปรีซ์” ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 25 พฤษภาคม เริ่มต้นด้วยรุ่น โมโตทู เวลา 17.15 น. ต่อด้วย โมโตจีพี 19.00 น. และปิดท้ายด้วย โมโตทรี 20.30 น. ตามเวลาประเทศไทย ถ่ายทอดสดทาง TrueVisions SPOTV

Kong-Somkiat Makes a Comeback to Compete in The MotoGP at Silverstone
“Gong” Somkiat Chantra, a Thai MotoGP rider from the “Honda Race to The Dream has been given the green light by the medical team to return to the MotoGP race after undergoing surgery to treat his “arm pump” condition. He will compete in the British Grand Prix on May 23-25 at Silverstone Circuit, United Kingdom.
The Thai rider, number 35, had been bothered by injuries throughout the first 5 fields before deciding to join his team, Idemitsu Honda LCAR, to undergo surgery after testing at Circuito de Jerez and had to miss the previous race at Le Mans Circuit in France. He was given permission by the doctor to return to race in this field, which is considered a very important time to continue developing the Honda RC213V racing car.
While “Kong” Thatchakorn Buasri, the rising Thai rider number 5 from Honda Team Asia, is ready to go all out to collect points in the Moto3 World Championship after scoring his first points in the Jerez race.
The British Grand Prix will enter official practice on Friday, May 23, before qualifying and the “Sprint Race” on Saturday, May 24, before the “Main Grand Prix” on Sunday, May 25, starting with Moto2 at 5:15 p.m., followed by MotoGP at 7:00 p.m. and concluding with Moto3 at 8:30 p.m. Thailand time, broadcast live on TrueVisions SPOTV.
