Royal Enfield ผู้นำระดับโลกในตลาดมอเตอร์ไซค์ขนาดกลาง (250cc – 750cc) ประกาศจัดการแข่งขัน Slide School Cup 2026 เป็นครั้งแรก ณ สนามไทยแลนด์ เซอร์กิต โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมกีฬาแฟลตแทร็กในประเทศไทย พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ขับขี่ทุกระดับสามารถเข้าถึงและสัมผัสประสบการณ์มอเตอร์สปอร์ตรูปแบบนี้ได้มากยิ่งขึ้น
โรยัล เอ็นฟีลด์ (Royal Enfield) เปิดตัว Slide School Thailand เมื่อปี 2567 เพื่อมอบประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้การขับขี่แบบแฟลตแทร็กที่สนุก เข้าถึงง่าย และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้มีส่วนร่วมอย่างเต็มที่ การแข่งขัน Slide School Cup 2026 จึงนับเป็นก้าวต่อไปในการต่อยอดจากพื้นฐานดังกล่าวสู่เวทีการแข่งขันอย่างเป็นทางการ
การแข่งขันแฟลตแทร็กจัดขึ้นบนสนามดินรูปทรงวงรี โดยผู้ขับขี่จะต้องแข่งขันให้ครบตามจำนวนรอบที่กำหนด หัวใจสำคัญอยู่ที่ทักษะการควบคุมรถในจังหวะสไลด์ผ่านโค้ง นอกจากจะเป็นมอเตอร์สปอร์ตที่เต็มไปด้วยความตื่นเต้นแล้ว แฟลตแทร็กยังได้รับการยอมรับว่าเป็นการฝึกฝนที่ช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการขับขี่บนท้องถนน ทั้งการควบคุมคันเร่ง การรักษาสมดุล และการควบคุมรถจักรยานยนต์
Royal Enfield FT450
FT450 คือ รถจักรยานยนต์สมรรถนะสูงที่ได้รับการพัฒนาให้พร้อมสำหรับสนามแข่งโดยเฉพาะสำหรับ Slide School ผสานความเร้าใจของการสไลด์เข้ากับสมรรถนะการขับขี่อีกระดับ ตัวรถพัฒนาต่อยอดจากแพลตฟอร์มอเนกประสงค์ของ Guerrilla พร้อมนำองค์ความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านแฟลตแทร็กของโรยัล เอ็นฟีลด์มาใช้ในการออกแบบอย่างพิถีพิถัน เพื่อรองรับผู้ขับขี่ที่มองหาความเร็ว องศาการเอียงรถ และความตื่นเต้นที่มากยิ่งขึ้น
FT450 ได้รับการลดน้ำหนักและปรับองค์ประกอบของตัวรถให้เรียบง่าย พร้อมสำหรับการแข่งขัน โดยเสริมอุปกรณ์สมรรถนะสูงที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อการขับขี่บนสนามดินโดยเฉพาะ ได้แก่
* รูปลักษณ์พร้อมแข่งขัน (Aggressive Stance) ชุดแฟริ่งสำหรับแฟลตแทร็กโดยเฉพาะ ทำงานร่วมกับล้อขนาด 18 นิ้วและดุมล้อสั่งทำพิเศษ เพื่อเสริมเสถียรภาพและความมั่นคงในการขับขี่
* การควบคุมที่เหนือกว่า (Enhanced Control) แฮนด์บาร์ที่ออกแบบขึ้นเป็นพิเศษ ช่วยเพิ่มแรงงัดและประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมรถ ทำให้ผู้ขับขี่ควบคุมทุกจังหวะการสไลด์ได้อย่างมั่นใจ
* ปลดปล่อยขุมพลัง Sherpa (Sherpa Power Unleashed) ชุดท่อไอเสียสำหรับการแข่งขันแบบ Slip-on ให้การตอบสนองคันเร่งฉับไว พร้อมสุ้มเสียงที่เร้าใจ
* การยึดเกาะเต็มประสิทธิภาพ (Ultimate Grip) ยางแฟลตแทร็กที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นพิเศษ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการยึดเกาะพื้นสนามและส่งกำลังผ่านทุกโค้งได้อย่างเต็มที่
การปรับแต่งจากพื้นฐานของ Guerrilla 450 ทำให้ FT450 เป็นรถที่ผู้เริ่มต้นสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ขณะเดียวกันยังมอบความท้าทายให้แก่ผู้ขับขี่ที่มีประสบการณ์ ช่วยให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้สัมผัสทั้งความสนุกและประสบการณ์ของแฟลตแทร็ก พร้อมพัฒนาทักษะที่สามารถนำไปต่อยอดสู่การขับขี่บนท้องถนนได้อย่างมั่นใจและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น Guerrilla ยังคงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้แก่กลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์โรดสเตอร์ของโรยัล เอ็นฟิลด์ ขณะที่ FT450 จะนำจิตวิญญาณดังกล่าวไปต่อยอดสู่โลกของมอเตอร์สปอร์ต

Royal Enfield, the global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment, today announced the first-ever Slide School Cup 2026 at the Thailand Circuit. The championship aims to grow flat track racing in the country and give riders of all levels access to the sport.
Royal Enfield launched Slide School Thailand in 2024 to provide a fun, accessible, and engaging introduction to flat track riding. The Slide School Cup 2026 is the next step – a competitive platform built on that foundation.Flat track racing takes place on an oval dirt track, where riders complete a set number of laps. The defining skill is the ability to control the motorcycle in a slide through the corners. Beyond being an exciting motorsport, flat track is widely recognized as excellent training for road riding, teaching throttle control, balance, and motorcycle control.

FT450 is a powerhouse, a track-ready motorcycle developed specifically for Slide School—where the raw thrill of the slide meets next-level performance. Born from the versatile Guerrilla platform and forged with insights from Royal Enfield’s flat track masters, the FT450 is a precision-engineered beast designed for riders who crave more speed, more lean, and more excitement.
To achieve its razor-sharp focus, FT450 comes with Weight Reduction and Race-Ready Simplicity. Royal Enfield has also added high-octane components to dominate the dirt:-
