นิมิต ลุมพินี พาร์ค นอร์ทได้รับการสนับสนุนสินเชื่อโครงการวงเงิน 9 พันล้านบาท จากธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) (“ธนาคารกรุงเทพ”) สำหรับโครงการ นิมิต ลุมพินี พาร์ค นอร์ท (นิมิต หลังสวน) โดยนิมิตเป็นโครงการที่พักอาศัยระดับลักชัวรีคุณภาพสูงสุดบนที่ดินกรรมสิทธิ์ฟรีโฮลด์ ที่ให้ความสำคัญด้านเวลเนสหรือสุขภาวะองค์รวมของผู้พักอาศัย ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางกรุงเทพฯ บนถนนหลังสวน โครงการมีมูลค่ารวม 1.5 หมื่นล้านบาท และมียอดขายแล้วร้อยละ 75 โดยการสนับสนุนด้านการเงินจากธนาคารกรุงเทพในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นรากฐานสำคัญสำหรับการพัฒนาโครงการฯ ซึ่งขณะนี้ก่อสร้างเสร็จสมบูรณ์ และคาดว่าจะเริ่มโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุดที่จำหน่ายแล้วในช่วงปลายปี พ.ศ. 2569

NIMIT Lumpini Park North (formerly NIMIT Langsuan) has secured THB 9 billion in project financing from Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (“Bangkok Bank”), the luxury freehold wellness residence on Langsuan Road in central Bangkok, facing Lumpini Park. This financing provides a strong foundation for the project, which has a total project value of THB 15 billion and is currently 75% sold. With construction now complete, ownership transfers for sold residences are expected to commence in late 2026.
